This Agreement states the terms and conditions upon which Thistle Dew! offers its products and services.
Membership
There is no cost to join our drop-ship reseller program.
Inventory
We ship all items directly from our warehouse. Product availabilities are constantly updated and displayed on product detail pages.
Product Images and Contents
Information and images on http://thistledew.yolasite.com are the properties of Thistle Dew! and their respective owners (manufacturers). Resellers may use product descriptions and product images for marketing purposes only.
Shipping
Thistle Dew! ships orders within processing guidelines as stated in our shipping & returns policy on our website. Thistle Dew! uses various ground shipping methods such as UPS and USPS for your order delivery.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is based on total weight of order. Since all of the products vary in weight and we offer multiple shipping options, we do not have a “set” shipping cost. The best way to determine the shipping rate to charge your customer is 15 to 20% of the order total. While this formula may not work for all products, it is a good place to start.
Product Availability
A product becomes unavailable when it’s sold out and we can not guarantee further availability. Please check back frequently for inventory status. If an item is on back-order, we will send you an email notification. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible once the item is back in stock (usually within 1-2 weeks).
No Price Guarantee or Price Protection
We may adjust prices whenever is necessary without notice. Please check back often for most recent pricing updates. Be sure to subscribe to our monthly newsletter to receive product information & changes.
Domestic Sales Terms
Drop-ship resellers are typically set up on credit card terms (we accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express thru PayPal).
International Sales
We ship internationally; however, we do not offer drop-ship service to international resellers unless product is being shipped within United States.
Refused Shipment
If a shipment is refused for any reason, reseller is responsible for all freight charge incurred.

Returns
Food products are not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. This policy is non-negotiable. We encourage you to sample our fragrances first to assure your complete satisfaction. This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products. All other merchandise returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be approved, please call or e-mail thistledew@ymail.com for authorization. Unless our error, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns of our other items to cover credit card fees, labor incurred, etc and 75% restocking fee will be charged to unauthorized returns to cover the same as well as the now unusable products. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for shipping on all
returns. In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error. Do not send new orders with returned items for an exchange! Doing so might delay your order, as returns are unpacked in the order they are received. You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new order. SPECIAL ORDER AND PRIVATE LABELED PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
E-mail return request to thistledew@ymail.com for a RMA # before returning any item. RMA # expires 14 days after issuance.
Private Labels
Private Label fee of $0.10 for Black & White OR $0.20 for Color labels (for each eligible product) MUST be added to your order for us to know that you wish to receive private labeling. If private labels are not added to your shopping cart, your items will be labeled with our standard label that shows “Thistle Dew!” and our website. Please note that private labeled products are not returnable. *Additional manufactured items
added to our product line in the future will be eligible for product line. Please check our website often for updates.
To Register as a Drop-Ship Reseller, Please Complete the Following Steps
1. Please sign and date this agreement.
2. Create a customer account from https://thistledew.yolasite.com. In the Referral Code Section, enter “DROPSHIP”
3. Email this signed agreement to thistledew@ymail.com. Please note: If you’re a Pennsylvania seller, you must also attach a copy of your state issued Resale Certificate.
4. After reviewing your signed agreement, we will upgrade your account to reseller status.
5. After your account is upgraded to reseller status, discounted member pricing will be available on our website.
Placing Orders
Placing order is easy; simply make your purchase from http://thistledew.yolasite.com or email us at: thistledew@ymail.com and fill out your customer’s shipping address in the Ship-To section. You must indicate “Dropship Order” in the “Special Instructions or Comments about your order” box.
