Shipping Information

Before we ship any order we reserve the right to confirm with an invoice with our Customers, via email or phone, that they are satisfied with their product and that the shipping cost and address is correct. Once we receive a confirmation that the product is to our Customers specifications the item(s) will be shipped. We ship standard domestic USPS unless specified. Additional freight may apply for UPS or Quicker Services.

International Orders

Thistle Dew will ship only to military bases, please email us with the shipping address and we will return with the shipping cost. We will not ship to NON US Military Over Seas Addresses.

Customer Satisfaction

In the rare instance you are not satisfied with your products, simply contact Thistle Dew at: thistledew@ymail.com to arrange the return. Be sure to include a note explaining what is unsatisfactory. A new item will be made and replaced or your money will be refunded.


Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information: USPS & FedEx (United States): PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE ORDER PROCESSING TIME. Thistle Dew! does not ship C.O.D. All orders in the continental United States and Canada are shipped by either United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). This means that once the items leave our warehouse, it is the agent (USPS or FedEx) who is responsible for the safekeeping of your package. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the packaged order, include marginal handling and packaging costs, and may include insurance/delivery confirmation costs if applicable. USPS orders are not guaranteed by a certain day, but USPS does indicate that Priority Mail does arrive in 2-3 days. Late deliveries cannot be reimbursed if this option is selected. You can use the tracking number that is sent to you (a copy is also in your account when it ships) to track your package on our website. During busy times, if you are on the West Coast or Midwest and have selected FedEx, we may upgrade your shipment to PRIORITY MAIL at no extra charge to you in lieu of getting your products to you in a timely manner. If you wish to OPT OUT OF THIS SERVICE, please indicate so in your order notes. If additional charges are required to ship your order, we will contact via email as soon as possible. Multiple box shipments (large orders) sometimes arrive a day apart and may incur additional shipping charges. Give the packages at least 1 extra day to arrive before calling for a tracer. Priority Mail usually takes about 2-3 days for delivery and FedEx orders depend on your zone. We are located in Tennessee.

Processing Times: We try to have every order out as soon as possible once an order is received. If you have purchased items that are not "made-to-order", we can generally have your order shipped within 24 to 72 hours (business days). Please note that this time frame is subject to change during our busy season. Please allow additional processing time for larger orders.

Rush Orders: Choosing an expedited shipping method DOES expedite the transit of your item on the carrier, however it DOES NOT expedite your order out of our door. We have a separate RUSH fee for placing your orders above all other customers. It is $10 for every $100 increment, for example, $1 - $100 ($10), $101 - $200 ($20), and so forth. Rush requests must be received by 12:00 noon on that day for same day fulfillment. Please note that some products cannot be shipped same day, as they require processing time.

Canadian/International Orders: Due to a lot of fraudulent activity with Pay Pal and international orders. We will longer be shipping over seas.

Freight Carriers: Delivery by a trucking company can be arranged on larger orders, call for quotes. If you prefer, you are welcome to arrange for your own freight company to pick up your order instead.

Damaged Shipments: If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, Do Not Accept it from the carrier. If you accept the damaged package from the courier you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All packages leave our warehouse in good condition. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must get a claim number from the carrier. Please contact us immediately via email if your order arrives damaged. Upon receipt of the claim reimbursement from the Carrier, we will replace your product.

Returns: Custom Potpourri, or Food Products are not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. This policy is non-negotiable. We encourage you to sample our fragrances first to assure your complete satisfaction. This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products. All other merchandise returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be approved, please call or e-mail thistledew@ymail.com for authorization. Unless our error, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns of our other items to cover credit card fees, labor incurred, etc and 75% restocking fee will be charged to unauthorized returns to cover the same as well as the now unusable products. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error. Do not send new orders with returned items for an exchange! Doing so might delay your order. You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new order. SPECIAL ORDER AND PRIVATE LABELED PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Specials/Returns: No substitutes are given on sale items. If any of the desired scents are currently out of stock, you will be asked to choose an alternate. If any sale items are out of stock, a rain check will not be given.

Wholesale: If you are in the state of Tennessee and would like the taxes waived, we require a copy of your State Resale Certificate. Email: thistledew@ymail.com. Upon placing your order, to ensure you do get credit for the taxes, please make a note in the COMMENTS or NOTES section of your order indicating that we have your tax information on file. Warranties: Thistle Dew! makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any certain product for use in secondary products or the actual results of its use in any such products. Thistle Dew! expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting from the use of these product in any secondary products produced thereby. It is common in our industry for occasional variances to occur in products such as colors or textures, therefore slight adjustments to your formulas/methods may be needed at times. Any instructions, directions or tips given on the Thistle Dew! site are strictly for informational purposes and are only helpful guidelines to be used as a starting point. This information is provided without warranty of any kind or fitness for a particular use or purpose. Customers are encouraged to experiment and conduct their own tests, as they are responsible and liable for any products they manufacture.
